Saima Praveen (Founder & Director)
Saima Praveen is an Indian Entrepreneur, Educationist, and Social Leader serving as the Founder & Director of BSDC Bhartiya Skill Development Council. She hails from Muzaffarpur, Bihar and has emerged as a dynamic force in India’s skill development ecosystem, passionately driving initiatives that bridge the gap between education, employment, and socio-economic empowerment.
Under her leadership, BSDC Bhartiya Skill Development Council has grown as a credible institution focused on industry-aligned training, vocational skill development, and inclusive growth for youth, women, and professionals. Her work reflects strategic vision, ethical governance, and a strong commitment toward employability, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
In recognition of her impactful contribution and leadership in the skill development sector, Saima Praveen was honored with the Renaissanz NextGen Leader Award 2026, a prestigious national accolade celebrating emerging leaders and change-makers in India.
Deepak Vinod Jha (Co-Founder & Director)
Deepak Vinod Jha is the Co-Founder and Director of BSDC Bhartiya Skill Development Council, where he plays a key leadership role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and operational execution. As a founding leader, he has been instrumental in establishing BSDC’s governance, registration compliance, and community-impact mindset since its incorporation.
Based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, Deepak brings a strong commitment to skill development, inclusive growth, and workforce empowerment. His leadership anchors BSDC’s mission to align industry-relevant training with national priorities such as Skill India, while ensuring accessible opportunities for youth and underserved communities.
